Refund policy:
Registration cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made within 3 – 6 days will incur a 20% fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will incur a 50% fee.
No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event. However, cancellation requests made less than 7 days before the event date due to emergency circumstances may be reviewed by the team of Journey to Renewal Ministries LLC.

Any refund due, once approved, will be issued within 30 days receipt of the cancellation notice to your original payment method, which usually shows up in 3 – 5 days.
Journey to Renewal Ministries LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances, and will refund fees if the event is rescheduled or the location is changed and attendees are unable to attend.
